What happens after I exceed my included job quota?

You're billed per additional completed job — $2 on Pro Starter, $1.50 on Pro Growth, and $1 per work order on Property Ops. There's no cap; you can complete as many jobs as you need.

Is the Consumer plan really free?

Yes. Homeowners and renters pay nothing to use the platform. You only pay for the actual repair — parts and labor — at checkout via the app.

How does the 1.5% take-rate work on Property Ops?

When tenants or property managers pay an invoice through the app, 1.5% of the invoice total is charged as a platform fee. This covers payment processing, documentation, and record-keeping.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card processing is passed through at 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Do I need a plan to book a single repair?
